We are delighted that you would like to join Industry Lab. Before you fill in the form, please read the following points.

  1. We are calling for applications for the second round from 1 April until 19 May 2025 at 23.59.59.
  2. Take a look at the ‘How to prepare an application’ tab. You may find it helpful.
  3. Read the Regulations.
  4. Remember that there is a reason why some of the headings in the form have character limits. This is the place for you to describe well the issues we are concerned about.
  5. We are calling for applications under the pathways:
  • Track 1. Acceleration of start-ups with a business or public partner (B2B/B2A) as the technology recipient (OT).
  • Track 2. Acceleration of start-ups with a Venture Capital fund (investor).
  • Track 4. ‘Poland Prize’ acceleration – only for start-ups from outside Poland.

    3. The description of the submitted solution (limit of 4000 characters))

    - Describe what your product/service is about and what technology it is.
    - Describe what problem the technology solves or what need it addresses.
    - Describe the positive impact the product/service has on the environment/society – impact.

    4. What is the innovative nature of the solution? (limit of 2000 characters)
    - Explain what the innovative nature of the solution is and how the intellectual property is protected (patent or planned patent, testing the technology of a particular solution, industrial design, etc.).

    5. The current TRL (limit of 1000 characters). At what stage of development is the project?
    Describe the current level of involvement in the product development / service development by defining the TRL (Technology Readiness Level)

    6. Clients (limit of 4000 characters)
    Indicate who the clients are in the Polish market and what kind of customer problems your solution addresses.

    7. The scale of the market (limit of 2000 characters)
    Describe how large the group of potential clients is in the Polish market, how many customers you want to reach first, which customers will be the first to buy your product/service.

    8. Competition and competitive advantage (limit of 2000 characters)
    Describe what competitive solutions are available in the Polish market and what the competitive advantage of your proposed solution is.

    9. Profitability and business model (limit of 2000 characters)
    - Estimate the cost of the target product/service and identify the main cost categories.
    - Describe the revenue model – how the start-up intends to generate revenue and of what size.
    - Estimate the time required to make a profit.

    10. The start-up team (limit of 2000 characters)
    Provide profiles of all the people working on the solution (their roles, specialisations, educational background, language skills – if relevant to the development of the solution. Tell us about their knowledge and experience, including experience of working with large/medium companies or VC funds).

    11. The areas of the National Smart Specialisations (limit of 2000 characters)
    Describe in which areas of the National Smart Specialisations the solution fits. *You can find an up-to-date list of the National Smart Specialisations here: The list of National Smart Specializations

    12. The partner for the solution
    Any of the partners (technology recipients, VC funds, foreign partners) active in the Industry Lab programme can read your application. However, please indicate for which key partner you are offering your solution or with whom you would like to collaborate during the acceleration (no more than two preferred partners can be indicated). If you know a different partner that may be interested in your idea or that you would like to collaborate with as part of the programme, please provide their full name.

    13. The vision of the cooperation with the partner (limit of 2000 characters)
    Describe what benefits the partner can gain from working with you, outline your vision for working with the partner and what terms and conditions of cooperation with the partner you are open to.
